PAYMENT POLICY
• Cash, Certified Check, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express accepted. Open accounts are available with approved credit.
• WTS requires 50% deposit with submission of your duplication order. Balance of payment will be due upon completion of order before shipping.
• A service fee of $20 will be charged per returned check.
• Orders placed on credit are also subject to the General Terms and Conditions in the Credit Application of WTS PRICING POLICY
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• WTS reserves the right to change prices, colors or materials, specifications and quantities mentioned in our catalog without notice or obligation.
• Please call for quotes on special configurations not listed in catalog.
SHIPPING/PICKUP POLICY
• Shipments are F.O.B. Chattanooga, TN.
• Two shipping addresses are allowed per order. Any additional drop shipments will be charged $3.50 each.
• While WTS will do everything possible to meet acceptable delivery dates, such as may have been quoted or acknowledged by our sales representatives, these are only estimated dates of delivery. The company accepts no liability for delays in delivery.
• In the event a client fails to pay within 60 days for any work completed, or in the event a client fails to accept delivery or pick up his finished product within 60 days from completion, WTS has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such material on hand in any way the company chooses.
• Shipments made to APO's or other addresses outside the continental U.S.A. may require additional charges for shipping & handling.
• The WTS $9.00 shipping policy applies only to orders that meet the following criteria:
1. The order is placed via the WTS website.
2. The order is purchased with a valid credit card.
3. The order is shipped UPS ground.
4. The destination of the order is inside the contiguous United States.
5. This special shipping rate cannot be combined with any other discount or offer.
GUARANTEE POLICY FOR STOCKED ITEMS
• If for any reason your not completely delighted with your purchase of any of our stocked products, please return it in new condition within 30 days for a prompt credit, exhange, or refund.
GUARANTEE POLICY FOR DUPLICATION SERVICES
• WTS is not responsible for storage of any printed materials. Extra printed materials will be returned with shipment of product.
• All duplication orders are subject to up to 10% under or over run.
• Customers will only be billed for actual quantities shipped.
• If client opts to supply WTS with finished film for printing, any changes to accommodate that film to WTS' specifications will be billed to the client.
• WTS guarantees the client's satisfaction with design and audio proofs. If WTS cannot satisfy the client we will refund the entire deposit amount if client wants to cancel project. However, once proofs are approved we will charge for all work performed, even if project is subsequently cancelled.
• WTS reserves the right to refuse any order.
• While WTS will treat the client's materials with the utmost care, client should not submit its only original to WTS for duplication. Digital copies or dubmasters should be provided. WTS shall not be liable for any damage or loss due to fire, casualty, or negligence while the client's materials are in the care, control, or possession of WTS.
• Client should provide insurance coverage, as WTS' policy does not provide protection for client's masters or materials in our possession.
• WTS limits liability to rerun or refund (at our sole option) on the services performed, providing that the product is deemed defective by reason of workmanship or material. Reruns or refunds will only be commensurate with the quantity of goods returned to WTS.
• If a project is cancelled while in progress or during process, the customer agrees to pay for all materials used and services rendered up to that time.
• No duplication projects will be replaced, or credit given, more than sixty (60) days after the client's receipt of the product.
RETURN POLICY
• WTS products are guaranteed against defects in quality and workmanship.
• No merchandise may be returned to WTS without first obtaining a return authorization number from our sales department.
• Custom length cassettes may not be returned unless they are defective.
