Cookies Aren't Supported
We're sorry to inturrupt your browsing, but we seem to be having a problem
communicating with your web browser. Our guess is that your browser's
cookies have been turned off. Cookies allow our
web server to keep your shopping cart separate from the carts of other viewers
of the wts-tape.com web site. This problem is an easy one to
remedy, but before you blindly take our advice and enable cookies, we would like
to offer you a chance to find out why they are important and how they work.
What are cookies? Can I eat them?
Cookies are tiny pieces of text that our web site would like to place
on your computer's hard drive so they are not very tasty. If you agree to to
allow us to place a cookie on your hard drive, then your browser adds a small
text file with the information in it. The main thing that gets stored in the
cookie that we create is a unique identity number to uniquely distinguish you from
the many other visitors to our web site. The most important place where this
feature is used in when you add items to your shopping cart. In order to keep the
shopping carts straight, we use this identifier to figure out that it's you we're
talking to.
You might wonder how this affects your privacy. You'll be glad to know that this
cookie is only available to the wts-tape.com web site. Other web sites will
not be able to view this information and, as we said, we will only store your
personal information if you give us permission to.

I don't care what they are, how do I enable them?
The way to enable cookies depends on your browser. Instructions for
the two most common browsers, Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer
can be found below:
Netscape Navigator version 3
By default, cookies should be enabled. If you are prompted to accept them, then
click, "OK". If you do not wish to be prompted to accept cookies, select
"Network Preferences" from the "Options" menu.
Click on the "Protocols" tab and deselect "Accepting a
Cookie". Cookies are now enabled.
Netscape Navigator version 4
Go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Preferences". Click
"Advanced" and choose "Accept all cookies" or "Accept
only cookies that get sent back to the originating server". Cookies
are now enabled.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 3
By default, IE3 accepts cookies. Therefore you shouldn't have any problems with
cookies. If they have become disabled, choose "Options..." from
the "View" menu. Choose the "Advanced" tab. Check
"Always accept cookies".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 4
By default, IE4 accepts cookies. Therefore you shouldn't have any problems with
cookies. If they have become disabled, choose "Internet
Options..." from the "View" menu. Choose the
"Advanced" tab. Check "Always accept cookies".
Microsoft Internet Explorer 5
By default, IE4 accepts cookies. Therefore you shouldn't have any problems with
cookies. If they have become disabled, choose "Internet
Options..." from the "Tools" menu. Choose the
"Security" tab. Select the Internet icon. If the Security level for that zone is
set to Custom, then Click on the "Custom Level..." button and choose
enable next to "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)".

Cookies are enabled, but I got this message.
First, please verify that cookies are enabled. This is
the most obvious answer, but often the correct one. Otherwise, this problem could
be caused by several things, most of them fairly obscure. To start with, click on
the "Shopping Cart" menu option above. If you still get this message, then
e-mail us to let us know what browser you
are using and what time you accessed the site (your time zone would be nice too)
and we'll see if we can diagnose the problem. We apologize for the technical
difficulties, but our site works for the vast majority of the Internet population.
